Have you ever caught yourself saying:

“I can’t do that”

“I wish I could do that”

“gee, wouldn’t it be great if….”

“how lucky is that person, i could never…..”


“I’m too ……….”  (young, old, tall, short, (you fill in the blank)

We all do and have from time to time, but what’s important is that when it does happen that we find a way of changing that self-deprecating emotion.

You know that emotion and words that make us feel, ‘less than’, ‘unworthy’ or ‘left out’. Words like “Oh, I wish I could…….”.

With this tip that I share with you in the video, any time I action it,  immediately my  self-esteem increases, it bounces me into a great mood and gives me the confidence to move forward on decisions- that only 30 minutes ago seemed like it was NOT gonna happen.
